Croq’Anime is open to new creators and to the experienced ones specializing in short animated films realized in 2D
(on paper or computer) and in 3D.

1. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Only short animated films with no prior production rights can be submitted and accepted at the date of the signature
of these regulations.
Only animated films realized in 2D and 3D that last from 1 to 10 minutes maximum (except special cases) can be
selected.
A short film can be realized by one or several persons. One to three (maximum) short films can be presented.
Autodidacts, students, freelance, professionals or amateurs

2. SUITABLE ANIMATED FILMS ?:

• Techniques used: traditional, drawing on paper, drawing on celluloid, computer assisted, computer generated
• For the general public
• All types: humour, adventure, musical, fantastic, experimental etc… are excluded those containing
  discriminating, insulting, racist, xenophobe, paedophile or pornographic pictures and/or purposes
• Whatever the age and the nationality of the directors

3.THE SELECTION OF THE FILM CAN BE MADE EITHER:

• By post : a copy of high quality in DVD format
• By email : a link to your films of very good quality (however, if the film is selected a copy will have to be sent in
  DVD format)

The response will be sent by email, whether the film is selected or not.
The copy not corresponding to the required format will not be able to be selected.
Postage and packing costs and any eventual return of the copy are supported by the person who addresses the film
Attention to protect the DVD(s) well (padded envelope for instance), Croq' Anime will not take responsibility
in case of damaged packages.
The copies selected or not selected will be returned only if the request has been made. The postage charges will be
paid by the addressee.
The final date of sending the films is set at 30 June 2010.

4. SUBMISSION TERMS AND CONSTITUTION OF THE FILE :

Registration is free.

• The completed registration form dated and signed.
• 1 form for each film and in the case of collective realisation, 1 form for each person.
• Declaration certifying dated and signed:
• Has no previously assigned exploitation rights and has not been pre-purchased by any TV channel.
• Is not part of a school syllabus, except if you have an authorization. (Authorization on paper with the
  letterhead of the school or the training organism, dated, signed by 2 persons responsible for the school, title
  of the signatories. Stamp of the organism)
• Regulations read and approved
• For a minor the declaration must be supplemented by at least one of his/her parents or one of his/her tutors.
• 2 photographs of high quality illustrating the film to send by mail.
• These photographs will be put online on the website of Croq' Anime and will appear in the files of the festival.
